Certified (C):
The motor has been checked out by our Certified Service Technicians and is Certified to be free from operating defects. Fairlee Marine would do any repairs with no charge to the buyer for the first 30 days after the purchase or from first use. "Certified" motors come with a 100% 30-day Warranty.
Good Operating Condition (GOC):
Motors not Certified are all in Good Operating Condition (GOC) and can be started and/or operated at the time of purchase. You are welcome to start them here.
As Is:
Usually due to age.  They can be started and/or operated at the time of purchase. You are welcome to start them here.
